Product Introduction:

Overview

This series of controllers is designed for manual/automatic parallel systems of multiple generator sets of the same capacity or different capacities. It is also suitable for constant power output of a single generator set and parallel generation of multiple generators. The generator set has automatic start and stop/parallel operation, data measurement, and alarm protection functions.

This controller uses a 4.3-inch TFT color large-screen LCD to display relevant parameters of the generator set. It has a new and original UI design. The parameters are displayed through analog pointers and numbers. The LCD screen can display multiple current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement protective shutdown when the generator set is not working properly.

The parallel controller has the function of controlling GOV and AVR, can automatically synchronize and load share, and can be connected in parallel with the generator set equipped with DC100D controller. The controller accurately monitors the various working conditions of the generator set. When the generator set is working abnormally, it will automatically open and detach from the busbar, shut down the generator set, and display the fault status on the LCD. The controller has a SAE J1939 interface and can communicate with a variety of EFI engine ECUs with J1939 interfaces.

The controller has built-in simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, and Russian display interfaces to choose from, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored using a PC through the USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

The setting interface adopts a multi-level menu-type classification design, which is convenient and fast;

Built-in real-time clock, with duty plan and maintenance plan functions: through settings, the monthly or weekly duty plan of the generator set can be arranged, and the monthly or weekly maintenance plan of the generator can be arranged, so that the generator set can be used more flexibly ;

Maintenance timer function, you can set the maintenance timer or date;

Equipped with a black box function, it can save relevant parameters of the unit in real time when a fault alarm occurs, making it easy to find the cause of the fault;

It has 8 relay outputs, of which 6 output functions are configurable, with up to 50 optional functions for each channel, and 3 sets of outputs are passive contacts;

Equipped with 7 configurable switch inputs, each with more than 40 optional functions;

Equipped with 5 channels of sensor analog input, 2 channels of programmable sensor analog, multiple display units can be configured, and is more suitable for dual oil pressure and dual water temperature units;

Battery charging control can control the work of the charger according to the battery voltage, effectively preventing battery overcharging and loss of power;

The sensor curve can be customized through panel buttons and PC software;

Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50/60HZ system;

Collect and display busbar/generation three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, and power parameters;

The busbar has phase loss and reverse phase sequence detection functions, and the power generation has overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, overcurrent, overpower, reverse power, phase loss, and reverse phase sequence detection functions;

The synchronization parameters include: voltage difference between power generation and busbar, frequency difference between power generation and busbar, phase angle difference between power generation and busbar; in automatic state, it has multiple working modes: no load operation, load operation, and parallel operation according to demand;

It has the function of load transfer during parallel/open disconnection;

Various combinations of starting conditions (speed, frequency, oil pressure, charging) are available;

Control and protection functions: realize automatic start/stop of the generator set, ATS switching and complete fault display and protection functions;

Equipped with a waterproof ring as standard, the protection performance of the panel after installation reaches IP54 level;

Modular design: All connections are completed through European terminal blocks, making it very easy and convenient to assemble, connect, repair and replace the equipment;
