Product Introduction:

This series of controllers is a dual-channel power switching controller, a dual-power intelligent switching module with programmable functions, automated measurement and control, and LCD display.

This controller uses a 3.5-inch 240*128 large-screen high-resolution LCD display with a new and original UI design. The controller has built-in display interfaces in Simplified Chinese and English, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored using a PC through the USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely used in various types of power systems.

Performance and features

The ATS520 series has four models:

ATS520: dual power supply intelligent switching module;

ATS520I: Adds power measurement function based on ATS520;

ATS520R: Add RS485 interface on the basis of ATS520;

ATS520IR: Adds power measurement and RS485 functions on the basis of ATS520;

The main features are as follows:

Controlled by a 32-bit imported high-performance microcontroller;

3.5-inch 240*128 large-screen high-resolution LCD display, with Chinese and English switches, and the language can be customized according to customer needs;

The screen protection is made of hard screen acrylic material, which is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant;

Made of PC material panel, it is effectively waterproof, oil-proof and UV-proof, has good operating feel and long service life;

It has a USB interface, through which parameters can be set, real-time monitoring can be performed, and parameters can be set when the controller is powered off;

Equipped with RS485 interface, the "three remote" functions can be realized using MODBUS protocol;

S1/S2 independent overcurrent warning or trip alarm function;

Collect and display parameters such as power generation, mains power, power, phase, etc.;

S1/S2 accumulated active energy, accumulated reactive energy, and accumulated closing times are displayed;

Automatic/manual state switching, in manual mode, the switch can be forced to close/open;

Can control two generator sets to achieve cycle operation, main operation and balanced time operation;

Various AC system types (three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire);

The input and output port status is displayed clearly at a glance;

Built-in real-time clock, with maintenance planning function: through settings, the monthly or weekly duty plan of the generator can be arranged, and the monthly or weekly maintenance plan of the generator can be arranged, so that the generator can be used more flexibly;

Equipped with a log function to save the relevant parameters of the unit when a fault alarm occurs in real time, making it easy to find the cause of the fault;

Equipped with 8 outputs (2 of which are fixed and 6 are programmable), with multiple optional functions;

Equipped with 6 switching inputs (2 fixed and 4 configurable) with multiple optional functions;

Control and protection function: realize automatic ATS switching of the generator set and complete fault display and protection;

Equipped with a waterproof ring as standard, the protection performance of the panel after installation reaches IP54 level;

Modular design: All connections are completed through European-style terminal blocks, making it very easy and convenient to assemble, connect, repair and replace the equipment;
